Age relevant machine BP, live BP, 2-man and tee drills, along with core stability exercises, will all be incorporated into this camp to focus on:  proper swing mechanics, the mental approach to hitting, and what it takes to take your game to the next level.

Each camper will also receive a Sports Lab Holiday T-Shirt.

*Athlete should bring:  a bat, helmet, batting gloves (player preference), and a good attitude!

Cost is $45 per Athlete.  A discounted rate of $35 is available for additional registrations from the same household.
